泰州友晶化工有限公司存货管理的研究与改进

摘要
存货是满足企业正常生产和销售需要而持有的流动性资产，是能够给企业带来经济利益流入的重要经济资源。在我国，由于存在多种原因的影响，使存货管理中存在许多问题，最突出的问题是库存量一直居高不下，甚至呈上升趋势。本文通过对泰州友晶化工有限公司资料收集与整理，了解企业存货管理水平和存货质量的现状，发现存货管理中存在的问题，找出存货管理存在问题的原因，且有针对性地提出改进和完善存货管理的建议。通过对存货管理进行分析和研究，旨在加强企业存货管理，保证企业存货资金安全，保持资金持续的良性循环，提高存货周转率，降低资金使用成本和库存贬值损失风险，提高存货资金的使用效率和效益，实现资金在该环节增值，使企业在市场中获得竞争优势，谋求进一步的发展。

Abstract

In China, because of the impact of a variety of reasons, so there are many problems in inventory management, the most prominent problem is that inventories remained high, even increasing.       Based on the Crystal Chemical Co., Ltd. Taizhou youjing of the data collection and sorting, to understand the level of enterprise inventory management and inventory status of quality, found problems in inventory management, inventory management problems to identify the reasons for, and puts forward the improvement and improved inventory management.
