应届本科毕业生的创业意向调查与对策分析——以北京地区为例
摘要
随着经济的快速增长，产业结构的不断调整、升级，我国面临很严重的劳动力就业以及再就业问题，特别是大学生的就业问题。.本文对北京地区二十余所高校、200名本科应届生做了问卷调查，主要分析了当前本科应届生的创业意愿、影响因素以及基于调查结果做出的对策分析，得出虽然现在本科应届生的创业意愿低，但也体现出他们在选择创业时会综合各方条件，更加理性地做出选择的结论。本文希望，创业者能不断完善和提高自身内部能力与可利用的外部资源，国家能不断调整、发展为创业者营造一个良好的社会环境，以达到提高创业热情，以创业带动就业的目的。

Investigation of Undergraduates’ Entrepreneurial Intentions and Countermeasure Analysis
——Take Beijing for Example
ABSTRACT
With the rapid growth of economy, the constant adjustment and upgrade of industrial structure, our country is facing a serious labor employment and re-employment issue, in particular, the employment problems of university students. At the same time, the general public increasingly know the importance of entrepreneurship to create jobs, and the country is also introduced a series of preferential policies to encourage college students to start their own businesses. In this paper, 200 undergraduate from more than 20 universities in Beijing do a questionnaire survey. The paper analyzes their entrepreneur intentions, influencing factors and makes the countermeasure analysis based on the results of the survey. It is concluded that although now undergraduate’s entrepreneurial intentions are low, but also it reflects when they make choices they will consider all business conditions, and make more rational choices. This paper hopes that entrepreneurs can continue to improve and enhance their own internal capabilities and external resources available, and the country can continue to adjust the development to create a good social environment for entrepreneurs in order to improve the entrepreneurial enthusiasm, encourage entrepreneurship to the purpose of employment.
