X投资公司经营模式及发展战略研究

摘  要

随着中国经济长期稳定的高速增长，尤其是中国资本市场的飞速发展，中国私募基金的热潮也逐渐被掀起，据相关数据表明，中国私募基金已有将近一万个亿元的资金规模，面对如此庞大的资金，为了维护和保持我国的正常稳定的金融秩序，促进我国多层次资本市场的建设，以及保护广大投资者的利益，私募基金合法化将是一个必然的趋势，这无疑对整个私募行业来说是一个历史性的发展机遇。在经历中国股票市场的大起大落后，面对私募基金行业的重大发展机遇，X投资公司如何顺应市场的发展方向及时地调整公司的市场定位，加强内部运作的规范化管理，制定与市场及公司发展相适应的投资运营策略，降低经营风险，实现持续稳定健康的长远发展是公司当前面临的最为严峻的课题。
本文以X投资公司投资运营模式为研究对象，通过对X投资公司投资活动、财务状况和内部管理等方面深入分析，并借鉴国内外私募基金的运作模式，顺应目前我国私募基金合法规范化运作的思路和趋势，综合运用横向对比和纵向对比等研究方法，为X投资公司构建了一个公司未来发展战略，希望能为类似X投资公司的企业提供一定的借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT

As China economic long-term stability of high speed growth, especially China capital markets of rapid development, China private equity of boom also gradually is set off. According to related reported, China private equity has nearly 1 trillion RMB of funds scale, be faced with huge of funds, in order to maintenance and keeping in China of normal stability of financial which promote in China more level capital markets of construction, and protection general investors of interests, private equity legalized .It will be a must of trend, This is a historic opportunity for the private equity industry in a whole. After the experience of China stock at market fluctuations, in the face which of significant opportunities for development of the private equity industry, x investment companies how to comply with the market development direction and timely adjustment of the company's market position, strengthening standardized management of internal operations, developing and adapting market and development of the company's investment strategy, reduce business risk, and achieve sustainable long-term development of health was the most serious issues facing the company. It is to x investment company investment operations mode for research object, by on x investment company investment activities, and financial status and internal management, area in-depth analysis, and reference both at home and on abroad private equity of operation mode, conform to the currently in China private legitimate standardization operation of thought and trend, integrated using horizontal comparison and longitudinal comparison to research method. For x investment company construction what has a company future development strategy, hope can for a similar x investment company of enterprise provides must of reference significance.
