平安保险公司青海分公司资金运用和风险管理研究

摘  要
随着我国对外开放程度的日益加深，中国的保险企业面临的国际竞争日趋激烈，我国巨大的市场潜力使国外保险公司进入中国的愿望越来越强烈。基于这样的竞争压力，积极拓展投资业务、提高投资收益将成为保险公司增强竞争力的重要手段，同时这也是国际保险业发展的趋势。我国的保险投资起步较晚，发展却很快。但由于受到包括国家宏观政策限制，我国资本市场发展不完全，保险企业自身经验等各方面的因素影响，平安保险公司青海分公司的发展还很不成熟，在对于投资风险的管理和投资策略的选择方面还有很多需要完善的地方。因此本文针对平安保险公司青海分公司在保险资金的投资运用和管理上存在的问题加以分析，寻求一些特殊有效的资金管理方法和策略。
本文首先介绍了保险公司资金运用和风险管理相关理论。保险及保险公司的概念、资金运用和风险管理的定义、资金运用进行风险管理的作用和意义。
然后，论述了平安保险公司青海分公司目前资金运用的现状、存在的问题以及解决方法。通过中外保险公司在投资运用上的对比，对我国保险公司资金运用的整体情况及平安保险青海分公司保险资金运用的现状进行了分析，指出了平安保险青海分公司目前在资金运用上存在的问题，并提出相应的策略。
最后研究了平安保险青海分公司在资金运用时面临的实际风险及如何对这些实际风险进行有效控制。

Abstract
With the deeper opening to the outside world,China faces fiercer international competition in insurance companies,chinese huge marketpotential makes the stronger desire that foreign insurance companies wants to enter China.Based on such competitive pressures,expanding investment business and increasing investment income will be significant means to enhance competitiveness,and it is also the trend of international insurance development.Our insurance investment has a late start,yet it has improving rapidly.However,due to the national macroeconomic policy restriction,the incomplete development of our capital market and insurance companies' own experience,the development of ping an insurance company in qinghai branch is very immature,there are many aspects in investment risk management and the selection of investment strategy requiring completement.Therefore,this thesis is to analyse ping an insurance company in qinghai branch's investment use of insurance funds and existing problems of management and seek some special funds management methods and effective strategies.
Firstly,this thesis introduced the theories of funds use and risk management,the concept of insurance and insurance companies,funds use and definition of risk management,the effect and significance of financial risk management in funds use.
Secondly,discussed the current condition of funds use in ping an insurance company in qinghai branch and the existing problems and its solutions.By comparing the investment incontrast made by foreign insurance companies to chinese ones,the overall situation and use to restful insurance company qinghai branch of insurance funds utilization status is analyzed,so was the ping an insurance company in qinghai branch,currently funds use problems,and the corresponding strategies.
Finally,the thesis analysed the ping an insurance company in qinghai branch of actual risk faced by these real risks and how to effectively control.
