【摘要】 深圳市房地产业近年发展迅速,2011年7月深圳甚至一度成为中国房价升幅最高的城市。但进入2011年下半年,深圳楼市却急速“冷却”,销售额锐减,房价也不断下挫,深圳房地产市场迎来了前所未有的冰河期。本文将对影响深圳房地产市发展趋势的宏观调控政策进行阐述,并综合各种实际数据及理论,对处在目前宏观调控政策环境下的深圳房地场市场作出研究分析。

【Abstract】The real estate industry of Shenzhen City has developed rapidly in recent years, China's Shenzhen had become and even the highest price increased in August 2011. The second half of the 2011 year, the Shenzhen real estate market is the rapid "cooling-off", sharp drop in sales, house prices have been down,  Shenzhen real estate market performed depression. This paper mostly research the policies of macro-control under the conditions of the Shenzhen market, and comprehensive practical and theoretical data, and in the current macro regulation and control of premises under the conditions of the Shenzhen market to research and analysis.
