饭店集团成长模式研究
摘 要
饭店业是我国最现代化最国际化的行业之一，而饭店集团又是我国饭店业发展的必然趋势，我国的饭店集团从发展之初就开始引进外国的先进模式和经验，虽然给我过饭店业带来了后发优势，但是结果却不尽人意，到目前看来也只是处于成长的初级阶段，究其原因主要是是我国的发展历程和经济体制等因素的不同使得我国的饭店集团的成长不能完全照搬西方饭店集团的模式，而必须找出适合自己的成长模式。特别是在中国加入WTO之后，大量的国际顶级饭店集团纷纷强势进入我国饭店市场，给我过的饭店业带来前所未有的压力。在这种情况下如何在借鉴国外饭店集团成长模式的基础上，结合我国的实际情况，选择适合我过饭店集团成长的模式，成为我国饭店集团在未来激烈竞争中获胜的关键。
本文以饭店集团成长模式为研究对象，首先对一些主要的名词含义以及相关理论进行阐述;其次对国外饭店集团和国内饭店集团的成长模式进行分析，并以相关的饭店集团为案例进行解释;最后在前面分析的基础上选择适合我国饭店集团的成长模式，促进我国饭店集团取得更好的发展，增强其国际竞争力。

ABSTRACT
The hotel industry is one of the most modernest and international industries of China,The Hotel Group is the development trend of China's hotel industry,The hotel group in China began to refer foreign advanced models and experiences,since its early stage of development,Although it brings advantage to us, the result was unsatisfactory,Now it looks that China's hotel industry is only in the initial stage of growth,The main reasons are different factors of the development process of China's economic system makes the growth of the hotel group in China can not copy the mode of the Western Hotel Group, and must find our own growth pattern.Especially after China's accession to the WTO, a large number of top international hotel group which had brought unprecedented pressure to the hotel industry have strong into the hotel market in China,In this case, how to choice the suit growth model for our hotel group based on foreign hotel group growth model and our actual situation has become the key to our hotel group to win the fierce competition in the future.
This article regards Hotel Group's growth model as the study object,first,elaborate some major words and related theory,Second, analyze the growth mode of foreign hotel groups and China's hotel group,and the the relevant hotel group example.At last ，choose the suit method for our hotel group promote their development and enhance international competitiveness.according analysis above.
