摘 要
班主任是班级的组织者、教育者和指导者，在学校育人环节中发挥着重要作用，对学生的学习生活乃至人生成长都有着不可估量的影响。班主任的教育理念、教育信仰直接决定着班主任在班级管理活动中采取的做法。文章从《论语》中所体现的孔子的教育理念：有教无类、因材施教、诲人不倦、循序渐进四个教学理念来探讨如何做好高中班主任工作，使高中班主任工作做得更好，更能顺应时代的潮流，适应新课程改革的要求。

The Education Idea of “Analects of Confucius” for the Contemporary High School Class Teacher’s Inspiration
Abstract
Class teacher is the organizer, educator and mentor， plays an important role in school, has inestimable effect in students' learning life and even the life growth. Teacher education concept, education belief directly determines the class teacher’s management approach take in the class. This article from" the Analects of Confucius" embodied in the philosophy of Education: make no social distinctions in teaching, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, be tireless in teaching others, successive four teaching concept to discuss how to do high school teacher in charge work, so that the high school teacher in charge can work better, and better following the trend of the times, and to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform.
