大学毕业生住房现状及对策分析—以武汉市为例
摘要：随着我国近几年房价的上涨，越来越多的大学毕业生面临严峻的住房问题。住房问题不仅影响他们毕业初期几年，甚至影响其整个职业生涯的发展，同时他们住房问题解决的好坏也关系到社会的安定和团结。本文通过对武汉市大学毕业生住房的现状调查、分类，并且分析其产生的原因，找出住房最困难的人群，并提出了相应的解决对策。

Investigation of Housing Situation for University
Graduates and the Countermeasure Analysis
— take wuhan as an example
Abstract: In recent years，along with the rise of price in house , more and more college graduates are facing severe housing pressure. Housing is the predominant problem which not only affects the early life after their graduation but also influences the long-term development of their career. Additionally, The housing problem-solving quality can be also related to social stability and unity. In this thesis, the present housing situation for university graduates in wuhan was investigated and classified. The corresponding reason was analyzed through the investigation in the most difficult people. Housing and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
