跨国并购财务风险探析与控制

摘要
随着经济全球化的不断发展，跨国并购已成为企业发展壮大的最重要途径之一，近年来中国企业也开始学会通过并购外国企业，来谋求对外发展，开辟国外市场。由于我国企业跨国并购与整合的时间并不长，仍处于初级阶段，所以存在着较大的风险,尤其是财务风险。本文通过对企业跨国并购前和并购后的财务状况进行比较，分析出企业跨国并购所面临的风险有哪些，并从财务管理的角度提出一系列规避财务风险的适当措施，为我国企业跨国并购的风险防范提供帮助。

Multinational Merger of financial risk analysis and control
ABSTRACT

With the development of economic globalization, multinational merger became one of the most important ways to the development of enterprises. Chinese companies have foreign enterprise, seeking through M&A, foreign development opens in overseas markets. Because multinational merger and integration is still in the primary stage in China, there are lots of risks, especial financial risks. This paper focuses on the financial condition of enterprises that it was before and after multinational merged. Describe the reason of financial risk. Take a series of appropriate measures from financial management to avoid financial risk. It played a decisive role our enterprises multinational merger.
