SAP Business One (SBO)是专为中小型企业设计的企业管理软件，目前已为10,000多家客户所使用。这一解决方案经济适中、操作简便，可使企业利用单一整合的系统对销售、配送和财务领域的关键业务功能进行管理。 通过 SAP Business One，可以全面及时地企业会计电算化业务，从而更加快速地满足客户需求，提高企业管理能力。
但即使SBO系统再强大，作为一款外来软件也避免不了会计电算化的本地化问题。怎样解决SBO的本地化，特别是财务模块，因其特殊性、敏感性、保密性、必然要进行二次开发。能提出针对该公司这种建筑类企业财务问题的会计电算化解决方案，这就是本文研究和实现的科题。
本课题将通过利用现代化的计算机软件开发平台，结合建筑行业的业务特点，实现计算机网络信息管理系统（SBO）并使其实现会计电算化，能够与企业实际业务相结合。完善经营体系、提高运行效率、加强市场开拓；通过对信息的更全面、更及时、更有效的运用，来提高生产经营活动的有效性；实现应收应付账款的健康性；提高库存控制的合理性和生产计划的可行性，实现财务处理电子化；全网信息资源最大限度的综合利用和共享；真正做到提高公司会计管理水平、提高劳动生产率、增强企业竞争能力。
而以上目标的实现，重中之重就是企业会计电算化的本地应用。本人将通过调研及相关行业信息采集、整理、分析信息，得到会计电算化的特殊要点，并使之与SBO系统完美结合。通过这个课题，同时希望能够提出对建筑行业会计电算化系统的一套总体解决方案。

Management Accounting Research and Application of SBO System Based on Construction Industry
Abstract
SAP Business One is an enterprise management software designed specifically for SMBs, currently has more than 10,000 customers. The solution is economic, easy to operate, and it will enable enterprises to use a single and integrated system dealing with business-critical functions of management in sales, distribution and financial areas. Through SAP Business One, We can be fully and timely informed of the latest business information, and more quickly meet customers’ needs, improving corporate profitability.
But even more powerful SBO system, as a foreign software localization problem can not be avoided either. How to solve the localization, especially the financial module, because of their specificity, sensitivity, confidentiality, is bound to secondary development. Promoting a solution for Construction Industry is the main purpose of this paper.
Through the use of modern computer and communications technology, combined with the construction industry, this paper will develop computer network management information system (SBO) and complete its localization . Improve the operating system and improve staff quality, and enhance market development through information on the more comprehensive, more timely and effective use. Achieving the healthy of receivable and payable accounts.Improving inventory control Reasonable and production plan’s adaptivity, and e-business processes. Making best use of information resources and sharing. This paper truly improves corporate governance standards, improve labor productivity and enhance their competitiveness.
And the realization of these objectives, the chief point is the financial module’s application and localization. I will study related industries through information collection, analysis, to receive the localization of the special elements, and complete the perfect combination of SBO system. Through this issue I hope to propose a general solution of financial localization based on the construction industry.
