在全球经济快速发展的今天，个人在企业中的地位越显重要，人力资本成了现代企业主要的资源之一，其对企业生存和发展有着至关重要的作用。因此，人力资本在企业的应用是一个与时并进的话题，值得我们深入地研究。
人力资本的概念自20世纪60年代由舒尔茨正式提出以来，在经济学界和法学界都受到广泛的关注，人力资本理论也从此蓬勃发展起来。本文通过人力资本与企业的战略能力，文化能力，学习能力，创新能力以及竞争能力的关系进行探讨，以此为桥梁来阐述人力资本在企业的应用。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays,global economy develops speedy.Individual’s station is more and more importance in the enterprise.Human capital is becoming one of the most resource in the nodern enterprise.it makes importance effect to enterprise’s survival and development.therefore,it is a topic which develops together with era that Human capital exoterica of applications in the enterprise.it is good for us to research that deeply.
The concept of Human capital has attracten sweeping attention in economics and law since Theodoer Schultz put it forward formally in 20 century 60 years. Human capital exoterica comes into a health development.the text makes a reaserch between Human capital to stratagem ability ,culture ability,learning ability, innovation ability and competition ability of enterprise,in order to expound Human capital of applications in the enterprise
