基于洪江古商城文化主题酒店设计研究


摘  要
    21世纪我国酒店业发展迅速,主题酒店在我国一出现便受到各界欢迎,本文在阐述文化主题酒店的基础上,从服务设施、客源市场和主题文化三个方面对古商城文化主题酒店的设计进行了探索。并以创建洪江古商城文化主题酒店为例,分析了洪江古商城文化在历史、建筑、经商和特色文化等四个方面的独特的资源优势,从大堂、客房、餐厅、特色戏台等四个方面探讨了洪江古商城文化主题酒店的氛围塑造。最后,文章针对酒店的营销设计,提出了全员营销、网络营销、捆绑式营销及特色活动营销的方式。

A Research on the Hongjiang Ancient Commerce City

Abstract
     As the development of Lodging industry in 21st century, theme hotels were well popularized when they appeared in china. On the basis of expound the culture theme hotels, this article explored the design of ancient commerce city theme hotels in servicing facilities constucting, tourist source market positioning and the theme culture infiltrating. Take Hongjiang ancient commerce city theme hotel for example, this article analyzed the resource superiority of Hongjiang ancient commerce culture in history, architecture, trade and specialized culture. And it also discussed the way how to build atmosphere of theme hotels which contains architectural appearance, lobby, guest rooms, dining-rooms and the characteristic stage. Finally, this article put forward integrating marketing, internet marketing, bundling marketing and characteristic activities marketing on the unique characteristics way of hotel marketing design .
