提高顺丰速运网络覆盖率的研究

【摘要】近年来，随着中国市场经济的飞速发展，国内电子商务正在快速崛起和发展壮大，快递行业拥有了良好的发展空间和契机，而快递企业也因此得到了快速的发展，特别是民营快递企业，而顺丰速运（集团）有限公司就是其中的佼佼者。本文旨在通过对顺丰速运进行内部环境分析、外部环境分析和SWOT分析，有效地对顺丰速运的运营现状进行客观、准确的认识，从而对提高顺丰速运网络覆盖率的战略进行探讨和分析，最终对提高顺丰速运网络覆盖率的战略进行归纳和总结。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the hyper-growth of macro-economy in china, the Domestic electronic business is rising rapidly and is growing more and more magnificent, so there is a good opportunity in express delivery business to get a good development space, simultaneously, for the express delivery business and therefore has developed rapidly particularly in private express delivery companies. However, SF-Express is a great company that has become one of the best leader in the express filed Depending on what we call external and internal environment, in the following content, what the paragraph will mainly says is to analysis and realize the current situation of SF-Express and SWOT objectively，precisely，effectively as well.
