中小企业财务管理现状及其对策探讨2
摘要：中小企业在国民经济发展中起着不可替代的作用，特别是改革开放以来我国中小企业更是获得了快速发展。但却由于其产出规模小、资本和技术构成较低、受传统体制和外部宏观经济影响大等因素，使得中小企业在财务管理方方面存在着与自身发展和市场经济不协调的情况。尤其是我国加入WTO后面对激烈的市场竞争，加强中小企业财务管理已不再是中小企业自身发展的需要，更是提高企业核心竞争力的需要。为促进我国中小企业更好更快的发展，本文从财务管理角度对中小企业出现的问题进行分析探讨，并给出一些对策建议。

SME situation and countermeasures of financial management
Abstract：Small and medium-sized enterprises in the development of an alternative function, especially since the reform and opening up our country is small and medium enterprises and got fast development.but because of its outputs small,capital and technology constitute a low,the traditional system and external factors such as macroeconomic affect large,medium and small-sized enterprises are in financial management with its own development and a market economy does not harmonize.Especially china’s entry into wto in fierce market competion,and strengthening small and medium-sized enterprises in financial management is no longer a small and medium-sized enterprises in its development needs,and enhance enterprises competitive core of our country. In order to promote small and medium-sized enterprises better and more rapid growth,from the financial management perspective of smes in the analysis of the problem,and give some countermeasure and advices.
