浅析在中小企业板上市融资对中小企业的影响

当今世界，中小企业在区域经济发展中发挥着越来越大的作用。由于各种原因，中小企业缺乏必要的资金支持，普遍融资难问题由来已久，资金短缺成为制约中小企业持续健康发展的重要因素。作为中国现有新创业板的过渡形式，2004年中小企业板的推出为广大中小企业率先开辟了一个新的融资渠道，迈出了我国建立多层次股票市场体系的第一步，且对缓解各类成长型中小企业的融资瓶颈、促进技术进步、提高市场竞争力都具有积极的意义。本文将收集相关数据，进行建模分析，通过观察中小企业在中小企业板上市前后的变化，进而分析中小企业板对中小企业融资及发展的影响。

ABSTRACT

    Nowadays, the small-and-medium-sized enterprises play more and more important roles in regional economic development. Because of various reasons, SMEs lack the necessary financial support, and it has become a general problem which they can not get the financing for a long time. That is to say, the shortages of funds become an important factor of constraint to stop the SMEs developing sustained and healthy. As a new transitional form of the GEM in China, the launch of the SME board who took the lead opened up a new financing channel for the major small-and –medium-sized enterprises in 2004, and built up a multi-level system of the stock market. Meanwhile, it also has a positive meaning to alleviate financing bottlenecks of different SMEs, promote the technological progress and improve the market competitiveness. This article will collect relevant data to do the modeling analysis, and compare the change of the SMEs who listed on the SME board with before. Then we can analysis how the SMEs board influence the financing and development of SMEs.
