从过劳死看日本的职场环境 過労死から見る日本の職場環境
近年来在日本“过劳死”这一现象逐渐增多，我认为这和日本从古至今的民族文化和日本人的性格有很大的关系。从“过劳死”这一现象中能看出不同于其他国家的日本的职场环境。本论文首先介绍“过劳死”的定义和现状，再简单分析其原因。其次论文主要从“日本的雇佣制度”，“职场的人际关系”，“日本人的工作方式”这三个大方面来分析日本的职场环境，并简单阐述这种特殊的职场环境对“过劳死”产生的影响。

TO ANALYSE THE JAPANESE WORKPLACE FROM THE “KAROSHI” VIEW
Abstract: Nowadays，“Karoshi” is gradually common，which is keenly related to traditional Japanese ethnic culture and characters of Japanese. It is effortless to discover differences between Japanese workplace atmosphere and other countries' from Karoshi. Firstly，the destination and development of “Karoshi” will be discussed in this thesis，and then the reasons of it would be conferred. Furthermore，Japanese workplace atmosphere would be mainly analyzed in aspects of Japanese employment policy，interpersonal relationship in the workplace and Japanese workstyles. With above analyses，how such a peculiar kind of workplace atmosphere influences Karoshi will be stated.
