浅析中国传统文化对中国商人谈判风格的影响
谈判,不仅是谈判双方基于经济利益的交流与合作,也是双方所具有的不同文化之间的碰撞与沟通。受中国传统文化的熏陶,中国人的谈判风格、习惯处处影射着其相应的文化,并形成了有自己特色的谈判文化。本文的目的将通过文献阅读、举例比较的方法总结分析中国传统文化对中国商人谈判风格的影响,同时学习中国谈判者的谈判技巧谋略等,来为世人及自己提供借鉴,从而提高谈判的成功率。
本文首先简要地叙述了商务谈判及商务谈判风格的概念,概括地介绍了中国传统文化的整体风貌,然后写中国传统文化对中国商人谈判风格影响,不论是思想行为还是操作行为都受到了传统文化的深远影响。随着历史和文化积淀,便有了中国式的谈判文化,特别是不同地域间有不同的谈判风格。
通过上述内容的介绍,作者认为文化具有显著的指导作用,所以了解了中国特色的谈判文化及中国不同地域的谈判风格和谈判策略等,就要取长补短,去其糟粕,取其精华,灵活自如的运用在实际生活或商务谈判中,赢得谈判的成功。

Abstract: International business negotiations are not just exchanges and cooperation based on the economic interests, but also a communication and collision of different cultures from both sides. According to the influence of Chinese traditional culture, Chinese people have developed their own negotiation culture. They have their own special negotiating styles, negotiating patterns and negotiating strategies.
The aim of this paper is to analyze the influence of Chinese traditional culture on Chinese merchants’ negotiating styles through reading literature and taking examples. Then we can learn a lot about Chinese negotiation culture and learn how to use negotiating strategies.
In the first place, the paper explains the concepts of business negotiation and negotiating style briefly. Then it introduces the overall scene of Chinese traditional culture comprehensively. Next, it stresses the influence of Chinese traditional culture on Chinese businessmen’s negotiating style. This part is the main link of the article. Chinese traditional culture has affected a lot on merchants’ ways of thinking and their behaviors. With the development of culture for a long history, Chinese business negotiation culture has been formed naturally. Different regions have different negotiating styles, and they all have their own special features.
According to the above, as far as I can see, culture plays an important role in guidance to our daily life, of course to the business negotiations. So we should learn and generally have a good command of Chinese negotiation culture and negotiating styles in different regions, and excellent negotiating strategies. Therefore, we can employ them flexibly in our life or business negotiations, and we will get more chances to get a successful negotiation.
