企业财务风险控制研究——基于中国粮油控股有限公司的案例分析

作为市场经济中的主体，因为市场经济的属性，导致企业也不可避免的存在各种各样的风险，尤其财务风险更是重要解决的部分。现如今，财务风险已成为许多企业求生存、求发展所迫切需要解决的问题。如何防范与应对财务风险已经成为关系到企业发展的重点问题。
本文通过分析中粮控股的偿债能力、营运能力以及盈利能力的财务指标，分析该企业可能面临的财务风险情况，并且给出合理化的建议，认为应该强化风险防范意识、建立存货管理制度、制定适当的负债计划以及合理选择经营项目。

Abstract:As the most important element of the market economy, the risk is ubiquitous, especially the financial risk. Financial risk has become an urgent problem to be solved for many enterprises to survive and develop. How to prevent and deal with financial risk has become a key issue related to the development of enterprises. In this paper, through the analysis of financial indicators of solvency, operating capacity, profitability, financial risk analysis of the enterprise may face, and give reasonable advice that should strengthen the awareness of risk prevention, the establishment of the inventory management system, formulate appropriate debt plan and reasonable choice of management projects.
