天津世行房地产有限公司资金管理存在的问题与对策

资金是企业生产经营发展过程中的重要组成部分，既是企业的来源支撑又是企业的目的。同时资源管理更是企业经营管理的关键模块。有效的资金管理模式能加快资金的循环和周转，提高资金利用率，实现资金使用效益的最大化，利用有限的资金发展最大规模的企业，创造最大限度的价值。反之则容易导致企业陷入困境，逐步失去市场竞争力，对于企业的长远发展十分不利。房地产行业属于资金密集型行业，从批租、开发到销售都占用大量资金，因此，房地产企业的资金链管理关系着整个房地产企业能否正常运转。因此本文研究当前我国房地产企业在资金管理方面的现状，以天津世行房地产有限公司为研究对象，从该公司资金的来源、特点、管理模式等入手，探究该房地产公司资金管理过程中存在的问题，并从实际需求出发，提出有意义的改进意见，从而力图实现一定的研究意义。

The real estate industry is a capital-intensive industry, from leasing, development, sales are up a lot of money, so the real estate business capital chain management related to the real estate business can operate normally. Therefore, this study of the current situation in the real estate funds management business, the Bank of Tianjin Real Estate Co., Ltd. as the research object, starting from the company's funding sources, characteristics, management model, to explore the real estate company's funds management process Problems and from the actual needs, we make meaningful suggestions for improvement, which seeks to achieve a certain significance.
