聚氨基磺酸修饰电极的制备及对绿原酸的测定

用循环伏安法制备了聚氨基磺酸修饰电极, 研究了绿原酸在聚氨基磺酸修饰电极上的电化学行为, 建立了测定绿原酸的新方法。实验结果表明: 在pH=4.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,绿原酸检测线性范围为4.00×10-7 ~1.20×10-5 mol/L;检出限为8.00 ×10-8 mol/L;测定样品回收率为95%~103%;RSD=0.71%(n=6)。该修饰电极具有良好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性, 可用于药品中绿原酸的检测,结果满意。

Preparation of a Poly(Amidosulfonic acid) Modified
Electrode and Application for Determination of Chlorogenic acid
     
Abstract: A poly (amidosulfonic acid) modified electrodes was prepared by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical behavior of Chlorogenic acid at the poly (amidosulfonic acid) modified electrodes was studied. And a new method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid was established. The study results showed that in phosphate buffer solution pH=4.0, the linear range for the determination of Chlorogenic acid was from 4.00×10-7 to 1.20×10-5 mol/L and the limit of detection was 8.00×10-8 mol/L.The recovery of sample determination is 95%~103%;RSD=0.71%(n=6).The modified electrodes demonstrated excellent sensitivity,selectivity and stability.The medthod was applied to the determination of Chlorogenic acid  in medicine with satisfactory results.
