地方公务员考录制度探析地方公务员考录制度是国家招收公务员不可或缺的一部分,对公务员人才队伍建设发展发挥着不可估量的作用。地方公务员的考录是指由省级以下地方相关部门组织实施的招录,主要是由省、自治区、直辖市的组织部、人力资源与社会保障部门和公务员部门组织实施。经过多年的实际运用,目前我国地方公务员在考试录用中积累一定的实践经验,取得了较好的效果。但是还存在招考公告发布与考试时间间隔短,报考者资格条件限制不合理,体检救济不完善等需要完善的问题,有待于进行改革,探索解决相关问题的可行性方案。
