新兴中小银行发展战略分析
在金融海啸的冲击下，在国有大型商业银行和外资银行的挤压下，我国新兴中小银行可以说是在夹缝中寻求生存，发展壮大更是举步维艰。本文的主要目的就是分析各种发展战略，寻找适合中小银行的发展战略，使其狭小的发展空间中快速壮大。而本文就是通过揭露我国新兴中小银行的现状及存在的问题，深入分析其发展的外部环境和发展优劣势，然后对新兴中小银行今后的发展做出一个简单的战略规划。第一部分简单介绍了随着金融业及市场需求的发展，我国大力发展新兴中小银行的重要性、新兴中小银行的定义和发展新兴中小银行的意义及必要性。第二部分又毫不保留的对我国新兴中小银行发展的现状及存在的问题进行了揭示。紧接着第三部分深入分析了我国新兴中小银行发展的外部有利的和不利的环境。然后第四部分对我国新兴中小银行发展的优劣势进行了一个全面的分析。最后第五部分从战略的层次对我国新兴中小银行的发展进行了简单的研究。最终得出了中小银行最好是从公司定位、市场竞争、产品营销、人力资源等方面进行重点突破。

Abstract：Under the impact of the financial tsunami, under the extrusion of large state-owned commercial Banks and foreign Banks, China's emerging small and medium-sized Banks to seek survival, can be said to be in the margins of society development more difficult. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze all kinds of development strategy, looking for suitable for the development strategy of small and medium-sized Banks, make its rapid expansion in the development of small space.
