我国电力行业的财务风险分析与对策

电力关系到我们生活的各个方面，电力行业作为我国国民经济发展的领先行业，其整个行业未来的发展状况不仅会对我们的生活造成重大的影响也会对我国的经济产出重大的影响。目前，我国的人均占有电量仅相当于美国和英国二十世纪五、六十年代的水平，因而电力行业是一个很有潜力的行业，具有巨大的发展空间。
电力企业是自主经营、自负盈亏的经济实体。电厂建设具有投资大、建设周期长的特点，公司生产经营规模的扩大、设备的技术改造等都需要投入大量资金，因此公司的业务发展将有持续的资金需求。资金的需求量大与资金获取能力相对较弱的矛盾，将会使电力企业面临资产负债率越来越高，面临巨大的财务风险。而目前，我国的发电方式主要有水力发电、风电、核电和火力发电，而火力发电量占我国全部发电量的80%以上。所以本文以火力发电为代表，以华能国际为例分析总结我国电力行业所面临的财务风险，并针对相关的风险提出相应的防范措施。

ABSTRACT
Power relationships to us all aspects of life, the power industry as the development of our national economy, the whole industry leading industries of future development will not only for our life causes significant effect on our country's economy will produce significant influence. At present, China's per capita quantity is only twenty American and British in the 1950s and 1960s were level, thus power industry is a very promising industry, with great development space.
An electric power enterprise is independent of financial self-sufficiency, economic entity. Power plant construction, construction investment, long cycle scale and the technological transformation of the equipment etc. To invest a lot of money, so the company business development will have sustained funding requirements. The demand for money and capital gain capability comparatively weak contradiction will make the electric power enterprise faces asset-liability ratio is more and more high, facing tremendous financial risk. But at present, there are three ways of hydroelectric power, wind power and nuclear power, and fire, and in all the electricity generated 80%. So this represented by coal-fired power in huaneng power international inc., for example analysis of China power industry, and in the light of the financial risks related risks puts forward some corresponding preventive measures.
