企业文化反映了一个企业的主流价值观,良好的企业文化对于一个企业的发展是不可缺少的,企业文化是一个企业的灵魂。本文通过查阅资料,进行企业文化研究。为了研究企业文化与产品之间的联系 , 特以玛氏公司为研究对象, 对二者之间的存在的联系作了一定说明, 而面对竞争激烈的外部市场环境, 搞好内部企业文化与产品文化建设显得至关重要。一个企业的文化氛围也是企业一种无形的财富。

Abstract
Enterprise culture is the spiritual wealth and material form created by the enterprise in its production, management and management activities under certain conditions.
