老字号餐厅的后厨管理策略分析


厨房作为餐厅的核心组成。每天都要烹制无数道美味菜肴。厨房人员管理水准直接影响到餐饮品质,餐厅经营与经济效益。现代人更注重的是吃的健康,在烹饪过程中如何吃的更健康,更有营养,这是我们要改善的问题。如何能保证菜品质量,让餐厅经营得更好,食客吃的更享受,这是我需要学习的。在工作岗位上有了自己的经验与心得,现就本职的工作,谈一下对老字号餐厅的后厨管理的建议。

The kitchen is the main core of the restaurant where cook countless delicious dishes every day. The ability of HouChu management skill directly influence the quality of dishes, restaurant operating and the income. The people in this modern day more focus on healthy food for their diet. My study focuses on how to ensure the quality of dishes while improving the restaurant operating, in additional, how to enhance customers experience in the restaurant. Regarding my own experience and achievement, this essay focuses on the list some suggestions to Historical Restaurant HouChu Management strategy.
