关于我国上市公司资本结构优化的探讨

资本结构是不仅是公司的财务状况和发展战略的基础，而且还会影响到公司的治理结构，也就是说资本结构是公司管理的核心问题。不同的资本结构的选择会直接影响公司的资本成本以及公司的治理结构，因此解决好公司的资本结构问题将有助于公司在激烈的竞争环境取得一席一地，增强公司的获利能力。本文试通过对目前我国上市公司存在的问题进行分析并寻找原因，同时结合实际情况提出几点合理的建议，希望对推进我国上市公司的规范化发展和治理结构的完善有一定的作用。

Discussion on the optimization of capital structure of listed companies in China

Abstract：The capital structure is not only the basis of the company's financial situation and Enterprise Development Strategy, but also wil affect the company's governance structure. That is to say, the core issue of corporate governance is the capital structure.  Different way to select the capital structure will affect the cost of capital and the governance structure directly in the company, so solving the company's capital structure perfectly will help the company to obtain a seat in the fierce competition and enhance the company's profitability. This paper will triy to analyze the problems of  listed companies in our country, and understand how things work and how they fail, and give advice cimbining with the actual situation. I hope it will have a certain role to promote the standardization of development and the improvement of the governance structure of  the listed companies in China.
