寿光蔬菜业发展的经济效益分析

寿光是传统的蔬菜产区，自上个世纪以来，寿光的蔬菜种植面积、产量和产值一直处于全国首位。特别是近几年来，寿光蔬菜业的发展更快速，一直走在时代的前沿，不仅增加了农民的收益，同时为消费者不断提供新鲜的蔬菜，但由于现代消费者对生活质量要求的提高，使得寿光蔬菜在最近的发展上达不到他们的目标。为了提高寿光蔬菜业的经济效益，通过对寿光5个乡镇街道近百村深入的调查研究，综合分析了寿光蔬菜业在生产和销售过程中所面临的突出问题。综合来看，在生产方面的经济效益比以前有所提高；但销售方面的经济效益还处在比较低的层次，主要表现在投入的成本过高、农民与市场脱节、农民的素质过低等几个方面。通过调查研究，提出了提高寿光蔬菜业经济效益的相关建议，种植上符合绿色、无公害农业的发展要求，销售上选择多种渠道增加收入，充分发挥政府这只看的见的手的调控作用。

ABSTRACT
Shouguang is a traditional vegetable producing areas, since the last century, Shouguang vegetable planting area, yield and output value has been in the first place. Last recent years, the development of Shouguang vegetable production has always in ahead of the era. It not only provide fresh vegetables for consumers but also has increased farmers' income. Because of the improve of consumers' requirements to the quality of life, the development of Shouguang vegetables couldn't reach their standard. In order to increase the income of Shouguang vegetables, according to the research of Shouguang 5 township hundred of villages, comprehensively analyzed the obvious problems that the Shouguang vegetables' production and sales are facing with. Comprehensive to see, the economic benefit of production has raised, but the economic benefit of sales is still in low levels. Mainly displays in high cost, farmers are out line with market, farmers' quality too low. According to the research, put forward the suggestion that can improve Shouguang vegetables' economic benefit. In cultivation, abide by the green pollution-free requirements. In sales, choose a variety of channels to increase income, give full play to the visible hand of the government's regulation effect.
