360度评估方法应用研究
360度评估方法具有评估主体范围多元,匿名评价,评估结果全面准确,易于让人接受的特点,已被广泛应用于各类组织当中。本文首先介绍了360度评估方法的含义和特点。其次从360度评估方法的操作过程、使用原则和适用范围方面介绍了360度评估方法的应用方面。然后分别对360度评估方法的优势和应用过程中存在的问题展开具体的分析。最后,针对应用过程中存在的问题,比如指标设计不合理、易受传统文化影响、未与员工薪酬挂钩、未理解评估核心,缺乏评估反馈、评估成本过高等提出一系列具体的建议,例如组织合理设计指标,克服传统文化影响,发挥薪酬激励作用,并且及时作出反馈,使用多种方法降低成本,以便更好的发挥出360度评估方法的效果。

Research on the application of 360 degree appraisal procedure
ABSTRACT:The 360-degree evaluation method has the characteristics of diversified, anonymous evaluation, comprehensive and accurate and easy to accept the subject, which has been widely used in various organizations. This paper first introduces the meaning and characteristics of the 360 degree evaluation method. Secondly, the application of the 360 degree evaluation method is introduced from the aspects of the operation process, the principle of use and the application scope of the 360 degree evaluation method. And then respectively on the 360-degree evaluation method of the advantages and application of the existing problems in the process of a specific analysis. Finally, a series of specific suggestions are put forward according to the problems existing in the application process, such as irrational design of indicators, easy to be influenced by traditional culture, not linked to employee pay, lack of understanding of evaluation core, lack of evaluation feedback and high evaluation cost. Organize the rational design of indicators, to overcome the impact of traditional culture, play a reward incentive role, and timely feedback, the use of a variety of ways to reduce costs, in order to better play a 360-degree assessment method.
