经济新常态下我国对外贸易转型升级的关键因素研究

2014年5月，习近平总书记第一次提出了新常态这个词，认为在当前新常态发展背景下，我国应当更加重视对外贸易发展，但是需要对我国的对外贸易进行转型与升级，努力提升我国对外贸易的竞争力，促使我国的对外贸易能够可持续发展。本文在总结和分析了以往学者研究成果的基础上，梳理了经济新常态下我国对外贸易转型升级的影响因素，分析了我国对外贸易转型升级的现阶段情况，找出并甄别影响我国对外贸易转型升级的因素，并明确出关键因素，最后找出推动我国对外贸易实现顺利转型升级的对策和建议。

The Key Factors of Upgrading Foreign Trade Under China’s Economic New Normal
 
Abstract:Since China joined the world trade organization, China's foreign trade has been rapid development, the total amount of foreign trade has increased. But as we all know, has always been our country although total foreign trade greatly, even become the in the world's second largest trading nation, second only to the United States, but in China is not known for trade power, this is mainly because of China's foreign trade of goods has the technical content low, high value-added products, the competitiveness of products and weak features. In May 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping first proposed the word of the new normal, that in the current context of the new normal development, China should continue to pay attention to the development of foreign trade, but need to transformation and upgrading of China's foreign trade, efforts to improve China's foreign trade competitiveness, prompting the foreign trade of our country to better faster into the global value chain, the ultimate realization of the sustainable development of the foreign trade of our country.Based on the summary and analysis based on the results of previous scholars, combing the transformation of China's foreign trade economy under the new normal upgrade influencing factors, analysis of China's foreign trade transformation upgrade the status quo, and the construction of China's foreign trade transformation upgrade of the evaluation index system, scientific measure of China's foreign trade in the process of transformation and upgrading, to explore the influencing factors of the transformation and upgrading of China's foreign trade, and clear out the key factors, finally find out to promote the countermeasures and suggestions to realize smooth transformation and upgrading of China's foreign trade.
