兼职对大学生就业观的影响——以xx学院为例
随着就业压力越来越大，大学生在求学期间利用空余时间做兼职的现象越来越普遍。有人认为兼职是大学生交际范围的突破，是大学生生活的延伸，是未来工作经验的积累，可以为未来的就业打好基础。然而在兼职过程中所遇到的各种问题也会给大学生的心理及今后的就业产生好的或者坏的影响。本文就菏泽学院学生的兼职情况进行了调查，分析了兼职中存在的问题，并提出了相应的意见。

Abstract：As the employment pressure is more and more big, the phenomenon that college students in school during the spare time to do part-time is more and more common. Some people think part-time job is a college student communication range of breakthrough, is the extension of college students' life, is the accumulation of experience, can lay a solid foundation for future employment. However, the various problems encountered in the process of part-time will give good or bad influence to college students' psychology and employment in the future. In this paper, based on the investigation of Heze University students’ part-time situation, analyzes the problems existing in the part-time and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
