论神经增强类药物应用的伦理问题及法律调控措施
现今脑神经科学的发展呈现出方兴未艾之势，神经增强类药物的应用日益广泛，解决由此引起的诸多伦理及法律问题也迫在眉睫。本文着重分析了神经增强类药物应用所引发的社会伦理问题，并结合我国社会的现状与实际需求，分析其利弊之处，提出构建规范神经增强类药物应用法律框架的合理设想，因地制宜地制定相关个性化战略，以期对我国的法制建设有所助益。

Study on the Ethical Problems and Legal Control Measures about Application of Neural Enhancement Medicine
Abstract：The development of present brain nerve science is still going on. Neural enhancement medicine’s application is extensive day by day, and many ethical and legal problems are extremely urgent. Combining with our country’s social present conditions and actual needs, the author analyzes the social ethical problems of the neural enhancement medicine’s application and analyzes its pros and cons. In the end, the author puts forward reasonable assumption how to set up legal frame of neural enhancement medicine’s application, and properly draws up characteristic strategy with expect to help our country’s legal system construction.
