巧克力行业消费者行为研究——以歌蒂梵巧克力为例


巧克力原本只是作为西方贵族的食品,只有小部分人能够品尝到它的美味,而随着生产技术的发展巧克力逐渐传入民间,成为了一种大众美食。多项研究证实巧克力不但能在饥饿时补充体力还能在你心情不好的时候帮助缓解紧张忧郁的情绪。歌帝梵巧克力品牌起源于1926年,多年来专注于巧克力的精湛工艺,而我有幸能以实习店员的身份进入店铺学习和工作,通过观察消费者在歌帝梵店铺的消费情况,对消费者行为进行分析,并给予一些销售技巧的建议。

Consumer Behavior Research Of Chocolate Industry
Absract:
Chocolate was originally Western aristocratic food, only a small number of people can enjoy it's delicious. While with the development of production technology, chocolate is gradually popular aomong the folk and become a popular food. A number of studies prove that chocolate can not only add strength when you are hungry but also help you to relieve tension and melancholy mood when you are in a bad mood. Godiva originates from1926, over the years focusing on the chocolate craftsmanship. And I was fortunate to be able to have an internship in the shop as a clerk, studying and working. I will give some suggestions and analysis about sales techniques by observing consumptions in the Godiva store and consumers’ behavior.
