上海推进信息化建设立法需求的路径分析

本文采用探索性实证分析的方法，分析了上海信息化建设中的哪些领域需要信息化立法，通过对这些领域存在的问题进行了分析，从而得到上海信息化立法需求的实施路径。论文先是对化建设和信息化立法现状进行了简要的描述。随后根据文献资料，对互联网金融、电子商务、电子政务以及个人隐私领域存在的风险进行了回顾和总结，总结出了16方面的影响因素，制作了一份关于上海信息化建设立法需求影响的调查问卷。然后运用SPSS17.0的因子分析方法对影响上海信息化立法需求的因素进行了研究，总结出了关键因素，并得出结论。本研究的意义在于从目前急需信息化立法的四大领域来探究推进上海信息化建设立法的必要性，并得出它的需求实施路径，这对上海信息化的建设和信息化的立法都起到了一定的指导作用。
