携程网商业模式研究

在“互联网+”的推动下,“互联网+旅游业”成为新的发展趋势,并且逐渐演变成为新的商业模式。携程网就是其中的典型代表,近年来,携程网通过不断的发展,有效串联了旅游消费者和旅游供应商,构建起自身更加完善的旅游产业链,正在尝试由在线订购平台向一站式旅游服务提供商转变。当前旅游业发展迅速,同质产品不断推出,商业模式成为各大企业和平台机构的竞争核心。本文以携程网商业模式作为研究对象,对携程网的发展历程以及商业模式现阶段所存在的问题进行了深度剖析,在介绍过程中综合运用了商业模式有关理论以及SWOT分析技巧,全面对携程网现阶段商业模式所存在问题和原因进行了有针对性的研究,最终通过携程网产品和服务的提供、目标市场的划分、发挥自己的资源优势以及不断创新达到价值实现给出了发展建议。希望可以为我国旅游企业的发展提供一定的参考价值。

A Study on the Business mode of Ctrip
Abstract: In the promotion of Internet home, "Internet plus tourism" has become a new development trend, and gradually evolved into a new business model. Ctrip network is a typical representative of them. In recent years, Ctrip network has been effectively linked to tourism consumers and tourism suppliers through continuous development. It has built up its own more perfect tourism industry chain, and is trying to change from online order platform to one-stop service provider. With the rapid development of tourism and the continuous introduction of homogeneous products, the business mode has become the core of competition among major enterprises and platforms. In this introduction, Ctrip network business model as the research object, the development process of Ctrip and the problems existing in the business model at the present stage were deeply analyzed. In the process of introduction, the business model related theories and SWOT analysis techniques were used comprehensively. The problems and reasons are studied. Finally, the development suggestions are given through the supply of products and services, the division of the target market, the advantage of their own resources and the realization of the realization of the value of innovation. I hope it can provide a reference value for the development of the tourism enterprises in China.
