论网络舆论对社会热点事件的影响——以“毕福剑事件”为例
随着经济的发展，社会的进步，移动互联网的出现正改变着我们的社会日常生活，影响着我们对周围事物的看法。而且各种即时通讯软件的出现，使得传播渠道日益多样化。而传播格局的变革，话语权的分散使每个人都有发表自己观点的权利，而不是掌握在高度组织化的媒介组织手中。本文以“毕福剑事件”为例，从话语权的分配、传播渠道、意见领袖和言论自由等多个方面来分析网络舆论对社会热点事件正反两个方面影响，反映出我国的网络舆论在社会热点事件中发挥着举足轻重的作用，影响力在不断的增强，但也存在着网络暴力、网民素质不高和网络舆论把关缺失的问题。因此需要加强网络舆论监督，完善网络监管额法律法规建设，提高国民的素质，来充分发挥网络舆论的作用。

Abstract:With economic development, social progress, the emergence of the mobile Internet is changing our daily life of our society, affecting our views on the surrounding things. And the emergence of a variety of instant messaging software, making the spread of the channel is increasingly diverse. The propagation pattern of change, dispersion of discourse so that everyone has the right to express their views, not in the hands of the hands of the highly organized media organization. The "Bi Fujian event" as an example, from multiple aspects of discourse power allocation, communication channels, opinion leaders and free speech to analyze network public opinion influence on social hot events in both positive and negative aspects, reflecting China's network of public opinion in social hot events play a foot lift weight, influence in the unceasing enhancement, but there are also network of violence, the quality of Internet users is not high and the network of public opinion to check the deletion problem. We need to strengthen the network supervision of public opinion, improve the network supervision, construction of laws and regulations, improve the quality of citizens, to give full play to the role of network public opinion.
