从《关八》看自媒体运营的成功之路

在这个资源整合的新时代里，自媒体已经成为一个非常流行的趋势。在中国，自媒体的发展与网络的结合越演越烈，使得自媒体的阵营逐渐壮大。与此同时，自媒体深入到了现代人生活的每一个角落，我们的生活也因为自媒体的发展而日益丰富。关爱八卦成长协会（以下简称“关八”）作为“年度人气自媒体”的得主之一从建立一开始就引起了一定的反响，并且取得了很好的成绩。但是在自媒体的大爆发趋势下，并不是所有的自媒体人都获得了成功，还有很多则是默默无闻甚至昙花一现。被自媒体包围的当下，研究出一套自媒体的运营方法具有现实的意义。本论文首先针对自媒体的发展和特点进行了分析，其次结合了《关八》作为自媒体运营的出色之处，从自媒体的主题、运营平台、创新、全民互动以及价值观这几大方面进行分析阐述，最后为自媒体人总结探索一条正确的运营之路。

On the Road of We-Media Operations of "gossip-maker" to Success

Abstract:In the era of integration of resources, We-Media has become a very hot tendency. In China, the combination of we-media's development and network becomes more and more close. Thus, it leads the fact that the camp of we-media has gone from strength to strength. recent years. At the same time, since the media deep into every corner of the modern life, our life has become  increasingly rich and colorful because of the development of we-media. Gossip-maker as one of the popularity of the year award among we-media, which has a repercussion to some degree at the beginning of establishment and have achieved great success.But under the outbreak trends of media, not all of the media people have been successful, there are many is unknown or even a flash in the pan. Surrounded by the media of the moment, developed a set of the media operation method has realistic significance. This paper for the first since the development of the media and characteristics are analyzed, secondly combines the gossip-maker as the media operation well., from the media, operating platform, the theme of the innovation, the interaction and values the several aspects carries on the analysis, finally for the media people to explore a road to the correct operation were summarized.
