耐温型环氧改性有机硅Sm2O3复合涂层的制备及性能表征


以Sm2O3为颜料,环氧改性有机硅为粘合剂,采用喷涂法制备了环氧改性有机硅/Sm2O3复合涂层。系统研究了热处理温度及热处理时间对所制备涂层微结构、近红外吸收性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:环氧改性有机硅/Sm2O3复合涂层最高可耐受温度可达到300 ℃,在300 ℃下热处理5 h后,涂层微结构保持不变,对1.06 µm近红外光的反射率可低至47.7%,涂层的硬度、附着力和耐冲击强度分别可达到4 H、2级和40 kg.cm。所制备涂层在250 ℃下可长时间使用,在250 ℃下热处理100 h后,涂层微结构仍然保持不变,对1.06 µm近红外光的反射率可低至49.7%,涂层的硬度、附着力和耐冲击强度可分别保持在4 H、2级和40 kg.cm。

Preparation and Property Characterization of Heat-resistant epoxy-modified silicone/Sm2O3 Composite Coatings
Abstract: Epoxy-modified silicone/Sm2O3 composite coatings were prepared by using Sm2O3 powders and epoxy-modified silicone as pigments and adhesives, respectively. The effect of heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time on the microstructure, near-infrared absorption properties, and mechanical properties of the as-prepared coatings were systematical studied. The results indicate that the maximum withstand temperature of epoxy-modified silicone/Sm2O3 composite coatings can reach 300 ℃, after heat treatment at 300 ℃ with 5 h, the microstructure of the coatings remain unchanged, the near-infrared reflectivity at 1.06 µm can be as low as 47.7%, the hardness, adhesion strength, and impact strength of the coatings can reach 4 H, 2 grade, and 40 kg.cm, respectively. The prepared coatings can be used long-term at 250 ℃, after heat treatment at 250 ℃ with 100 h, the microstructure of the coatings remain unchanged, the near-infrared reflectivity at 1.06 µm can be as low as 49.7%, the hardness, adhesion strength, and impact strength of the coatings can be maintained at 4 H, 2 grade, and 40 kg.cm, respectively.
