论《在路上》中“垮掉一代”的精神追求

二十世纪五十年代兴起的“垮掉派”运动，作为美国文化史上浓墨重彩的一笔，对当时乃至之后的美国社会产生了深远的影响。“垮掉派”作为一个独立的文化分支，历来是众多专家学者研究与讨论的热点。本文从小说的写作背景以及内容情节出发，旨在解读作品中主人公在路上的精神追寻。通过研究他们不同时期的旅途，简要分析了“垮掉派”反社会反传统的原因以及结果，并在最后对其上路的精神做出肯定的评价。

On The spiritual pursuit of the
“Beat Generation” in On The Road
   
Abstract：The movement of the "Beat Generation"in the 1950s, as one of the most important part of the American history of culture, had a deep impact on American society during and afer that time. The "Beat Generation", also as an independent cultural branch, has been a hot spot to many experts and scholars. The paper starts from the background and the details of the book to unscramble the leading characters' seeking of their spirit. It mainly focuses on their trips in different times, therewhy making a brief analysis on their reasons and results for their action of anti-social and anti-novel, and making a positive comment on it in the end.
