              ——A Brief Analysis of Jane Eyre’s Character
　　　
Abstract: The paper analyzed that the nature of Jane Eyre who took a great effort in her life. It introduced that facing to others’ maltreatment and the repression Jane didn’t retreat but showed her rebellion. In her life-time, she never stopped her pursuit. Jane realized the importance of independence. To maintain the independence, she resisted the temptation of passion and treasure. She preferred the purer life. The main idea of this paper is to illustrate the insisting effort is the presupposition of true love and a victory. The author draws a lesson from it--- the happy things contained these four elements: rebellion, independence, pursuit and confidence.
