随着电子商务的兴起,使得企业在消费市场的品牌推行、供应方式和消费者的消费结构都产生了很大的影响,给中小企业的发展带来了机遇。本课题基于随着电商发展进入全新阶段,与传统实体经济相比,它具有非常广阔的市场前景和更大的发展优势,行业的发展必然会带来激烈的竞争。区分出他们的发展道路是中小企业在残酷的市场竞争中发展下去的唯一路径。分析影响中小企业差异化发展的因素,并以温州中小服装企业为例,提出适合电子商务背景下中小企业差异化发展的对策,为我国中小企业发展提供借鉴。
