新媒体环境下高校危机公关研究

随着新媒体的蓬勃发展高校危机事件的频发,不仅引发了社会对高校的高度关注,也对高校公关提出了更高的要求。领导机构不完善、高校危机公关体制不完善、新媒体意识不足和法制的不健全使得高校危机公关的处理更加困难。因此高校必须在危机发生前注意舆论的收集以及制定预警机制来培养高校师生的危机意识。还要在危机发生时善于利用新媒体进行进行信息公开强化正确的舆论导向作用。更重要的是危机发生后利用新媒体跟进危机事件,对造成心理影响的师生进行心理疏导。使得危机完全消除。

Research on Crisis Public Relations in Colleges and Universities under New Media Environment
ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of new media, the frequent occurrence of crisis events in universities has not only aroused the high attention of the society to universities, but also put forward higher requirements for university public relations.The management of crisis public relations in colleges and universities is more difficult because of the imperfect leading organization, imperfect crisis public relations system, lack of new media consciousness and imperfect legal   system.Therefore, colleges and universities must pay attention to the collection of public opinion before the crisis occurs and formulate an early warning mechanism to cultivate the crisis consciousness of university teachers and students.We must also be good at using new media to open information to strengthen the correct public opinion guidance role in the event of a crisis.What is more important is to use new media to follow up on the crisis after the crisis, and to psychological counseling for teachers and students who have caused psychological effects. To make the crisis completely disappear.
