干旱胁迫对小麦幼苗光合色素含量的影响


本次毕业设计首先自行在实验室种植小麦幼苗,培养观察小麦生长情况,等待小麦幼苗长到三片叶子,然后对小麦幼苗进行干旱胁迫处理,干旱分三个梯度浇水量20ml、30ml、40ml。分别测量干旱24h、48h、72h、96h、120h、时间节点下小麦幼苗叶片中叶绿素a、叶绿素b和类胡萝卜素的吸光度值,然后根据公式计算它们各自的含量。测量光合色素的吸光度值时采用紫外可见分光光度计法。作图进行对比分析,在浇水量20ml、30ml、40ml浇水量的情况下,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量随着干旱时间推移先增加后减少,这三组叶绿素的走向趋势基本雷同,20ml浇水量时叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素比其它两组先达到峰值,而且上升与下降的速度比较快。类胡萝卜素的含量在30ml和40ml浇水量的时候逐渐上升,而在20ml时会先上升后下降,有峰值出现,但最后类胡萝卜素含量会下降到比其它两组都小。根据实验研究结果分析,不能笼统的得出干旱程度越大光合色素含量越少的结论,也不能肯定的说干旱时间越长光合色素含量越低。

 Effects of drought stress on photosynthetic pigment content of wheat seedlings.

Abstract:This graduation design is the first to grow wheat seedlings in the laboratory, teaching, wheat growth situation, waiting for wheat seedlings grow up to three leaves, and then to drought stress the wheat seedling, dry points three gradient watering quantity 20 ml, 30 ml, 40 ml. Measured dry 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 96 h, 120 h, under the time nodes in wheat seedling leaf chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and carotenoids absorbance value, then according to the formula to calculate their respective levels. The spectrophotometric method was used to measure the absorbance value of photosynthetic pigments. Drawing, this paper compares and analyzes water quantity in 20 ml, 30 ml, 40 ml water quantity, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content as the drought time increased after decreased first, the three groups of basic is similar to the trend of chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b when 20 ml water quantity and total chlorophyll than the other two groups of first peak, and the speed of the rise and fall faster. The content of carotenoids in 30 ml and 40 ml water quantity rise gradually, and in 20 ml will fall after rise first, have peak, but in the end, carotenoid content decreased to is smaller than the other two groups. According to the analysis of the experimental results, it is not possible to generalize the conclusion that the higher the drought degree is, the lower the photosynthetic pigment content is, and the lower the photosynthetic pigment content is.
