关于南疆团场青年人口集聚现状的研究——以第三师45团为例
党中央和兵团党委多次强调兵团向南发展战略的人口集聚问题的重要性，其中青年是兵团事业的希望和未来。本文以四十五团青年人口集聚问题为研究对象，运用访谈法和文献搜集方法获取第一手经验材料，在对四十五团青年连现状进行实地调查的基础上，根据青年连存在的人员显性流失与隐形流失严重、工作单调重复，人力资源浪费、政策缺少吸引力且落实不到位、考核选拔不够公道科学和预期作用逐渐弱化等问题提出了以下建议：提高政策待遇，以需择才、去机关下连队，实现考核主体多元化以及继续深化政企改革，用体制搭建平台。

Abstract: the CPC central committee and the large unit party committee repeatedly stressed the importance of the development strategy of population agglomeration problems south, the youth is the hope and future of the corps. Based on 45 regiment youth population agglomeration problem as the research object, using interview method and literature search method to get first-hand experience materials, in 45 on youth status quo on the basis of field investigation, according to the youth even exist to dominant loss with its repetitive work, contact erosion, waste of human resources, policy, the lack of attractive and implementation does not reach the designated position, fair assessment and selection is not enough scientific and expected effect weakened gradually put forward the following Suggestions: improve policy treatment, to need to choose, under the authority to company, diversification of assessment and deepening the reform of enterprise, with a system platform.
