投资银行的战略管理转型途径研究我国投资银行目前还处于发展的初级阶段，在商业发展过程中也存在一些缺陷。全球范围内的金融危机、金融改革以及金融自由化，使我国的金融环境发生了巨大的变化，使得投资银行的发展节奏缓慢。本文通过结合投资银行在国内的成长过程和基本特性，对我国投资银行的成长过程和发展模式进行细致的描述；同时结合全球金融的发展环境，明确我国投资银行的转型方向，制定切实可行的转型战略。利用SWOT分析法找出投资银行在发展过程中存在的问题和原因，并提出解决的问题和方案，促进我国投资银行更好的转型。

Research on the Transformation of Strategic Management of Investment Banks
Abstract：Investment banks in China are still at the initial stage of development, and there are also some defects in the course of business development. The global financial crisis, financial reform and financial liberalization have made great changes in the financial environment of our country, which makes the pace of development of investment banks slow. Based on the growth process and basic characteristics of the investment banks in China, this paper gives a detailed description of the growth process and development model of the investment banks in China; at the same time, it combines the global financial development environment to make clear the direction of the transformation of the investment banks in China and formulate a practical and feasible transfer strategy. The SWOT analysis method is used to find out the problems and causes of investment banks in the process of development, and the problems and solutions are put forward to promote the better transformation of the investment banks in China.
