海外代购发展的问题与对策研究

海外代购因其优势被消费者所青睐，代购品从最先开始的美妆护肤品逐渐扩大到服装、鞋帽、母婴用品，日用品以及保健品，代购品类和交易额日益增多。本文根据各大电商平台提供的数据资料，通过比较分析法、案例分析法，进一步了解海外代购发展模式及其现状并对海外代购的发展趋势做出评估，深化对海外代购发展问题的研究。但是在海外代购快速发展的同时，出现了卖假货、开假票、信息泄露、换退货难、税收流失、运输时间长等一系列的问题。为了促进海外代购的可持续发展，本文通过定性分析，在国内外学者研究的基础上对海外代购存在的问题进行分析并提出合理的建议，如我国应加强行业监管，建立代购诚信体系，健全相关法律法规体系，设立海外仓，在促进海外代购持续健康发展的同时，保障消费者权益。

Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of Overseas Shopping Development

Abstract: Overseas purchasing is favored by consumers because of its advantages. The beauty products from the beginning have gradually expanded to clothing, shoes and hats, baby products, daily necessities and health products, and the number of categories and transactions are increasing. Based on the data provided by major e-commerce platforms, this article further analyzes the overseas purchasing development model and its current situation and assesses the development trend of overseas purchasing through comparative analysis and case analysis, and deepens the research on overseas purchasing development issues. However, with the rapid development of overseas purchasing, there have been a series of problems such as selling counterfeit goods, opening fake tickets, information leakage, difficulty in returning goods, loss of revenue, and long transportation time. In order to promote the sustainable development of overseas purchasing, this article analyzes the problems existing in overseas purchasing on the basis of qualitative analysis and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the basis of domestic and foreign scholars' research. For example, China should strengthen industry supervision, establish a purchasing integrity system, and improve related The legal and regulatory system, the establishment of overseas warehouses, protects the interests of consumers while promoting the continued healthy development of overseas purchasing.
