物流企业成本管理探究——以顺丰速运为例

随着现代物流管理意识的不断增强,降低物流成本已经成为企业的首要目标。伴随着全球经济和物流行业的快速发展,现代物流作为企业的第三方利润来源,是提高企业经济效益的有效途径,企业为追求高利润的同时,必定会降低物流成本,这样才能真正的提高企业的经济效益。本文首先以顺丰速运为例分析了我国物流企业物流成本管理存在的一些问题,然后针对这些问题提出一些建议。

Title:Research on Cost Management of Logistics Enterprises
—— Take Shunfeng Express as an example

Abstract:With the increasing awareness of modern logistics management, reducing logistics costs has become the primary goal of enterprises. With the rapid development of global economy and logistics industry, modern logistics, as the third-party profit source of enterprises, is an effective way to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. In order to pursue high profits, enterprises must reduce logistics costs, so as to truly improve the economic efficiency of enterprises. This paper first takes Shunfeng Express as an example to analyze some problems of logistics cost management in China's logistics enterprises, and then puts forward some suggestions for these problems.
