上市公司财务报表分析与研究---以上海家化为例

企业财务管理的重要环节和基础性工作就是财务分析。它能够将大量的报表数据经过处理与分析，转化成有用的信息，从而帮助企业管理者更好的做出决策，让企业更好的发展。通过分析财务报表中最主要的三张报表数据：资产负债表，利润表，现金流量表，全面了解企业的偿债，营运和盈利能力，评价企业的经营业绩，预测企业未来的发展状况。随着日化行业的发展，家化作为行业的标杆，一定要对财务这方面做完整的系统的全面分析，从而发现家化的问题，并根据实际情况，对症下药，制定相应的措施去解决问题。本文运用了比率分析，质量分析 以及杜邦分析法对上海家化的财务进行全面的分析，各方面都处于中等水平，主要就是应收账款的问题，针对这一问题，本文最后提出来较合理地优化建议。

Analysis and Research on Financial statements of listed companies: a case study of Shanghai Jiahua

Abstract:The important link and basic work of enterprise financial management is financial analysis.It can process and analyze a large amount of report data into useful information, so as to help managers make better decisions and make better development of enterprises.Through the analysis of the balance sheet, profit statement and cash flow statement in the financial statements, we can fully understand the debt service, operation and profitability of the enterprise, evaluate the business performance of the enterprise, and predict the development of the enterprise in the future.
With the development of the daily chemical industry, as the benchmark of the industry, it is necessary to make a complete and systematic analysis of the financial affairs, so as to find out the problems of the domestication, and according to the actual situation, make the corresponding measures to solve the problems.
This article uses the ratio analysis, the quality analysis and the DuPont analytical method to carry on the comprehensive analysis to the Shanghai household finance, all aspects are in the medium level, mainly is the account receivable problem, aims at this problem, At the end of this paper, some reasonable optimization suggestions are put forward.
