金刚科技的产品策略分析


本文首先围绕着江苏金刚科技有限公司的产品策略做了系统的内部分析,对自身的优势和劣势开展并和其相同产业的模式对比和总结。采取了PEST理论对金刚科技当前所面对的直接竞争对手和宏观环境的研究,得出的结论是第四部分金刚科技产品策略优化的重要依据。在此基础上,使用SWOT分析模型对江苏金刚科技有限公司的优势、劣势和发展机会及面临的威胁进行交互和定位分析。最终针对金刚科技的产品策略所存在的问题,基于PEST分析和SWOT分析,得出企业需要提供或者生产符合市场环境、有区别与竞争对手的产品,并通过降低管理成本和生产成本来提升竞争力,并通过加快产品的创新来吸引更广泛的消费者提升品牌影响力。

Analysis on the Strategy of King Kong's Science and Technology products
Abstract: This paper makes a systematic internal analysis around the product strategy of Jiangsu Jinggang Science and Technology Co., Ltd., and summarizes its own advantages and disadvantages. The general external environment and direct competitive environment of the company are systematically analyzed by using PEST analysis method, which provides support for the optimization of its product strategy. On this basis, the SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, development opportunities and threats of Jiangsu Jinggang Science and Technology Co., Ltd. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the product strategy of King Kong Science and Technology, based on the PEST analysis and SWOT analysis, the paper puts forward the key points of the enterprise. Through the promotion of core technology to improve the competitiveness of products, reduce the cost of management and production to enhance competitiveness, and speed up product innovation to attract a wider range of consumers to enhance brand influence.
