基于人因工程的大型购物中心环境设计研究——以万达购物中心为例


在经济迅速发展的社会下,人们的消费购物欲望急剧增加,再加上琳琅满目的商品,让消费者的选择多了许多。这也让消费者越来越看重购物的满足感,其目的就是为了在琳琅满目的商品中找到自己喜欢的物品。在分析和研究结论中,笔者认为购物中心的环境是消费者选择购物场所的重要标准之一。本课题将以人因工程的研究方法对万达购物中心的环境进行设计,结合期刊、图书、问卷调查、网络等渠道,找寻出与之相关的知识、数据,对环境中各个方面出现的问题进行研究分析给予相应的解决措施和建议。目的是通过本课题的研究可以提供一个良好的购物中心环境以供消费者和购物中心参考,满足消费者的购物心理,进而促进消费水平。

Study on Environmental Design of Large Shopping Mall Based on Human Factor Engineering: A Case Study of Wanda Shopping Mall
Abstract: In a society where the economy develops rapidly, the desire for consumption and shopping has increased sharply, and with all kinds of goods, the consumer's choice is much more. This also gives consumers a growing emphasis on the satisfaction of shopping, with the aim of finding out what they like in a wide range of goods. it is considered that the environment of shopping malls is one of the important criteria for consumers to choose shopping places. In this paper, the environment of Wanda Shopping Center will be designed by the research method of human factors engineering. In combination with the periodicals, books, questionnaires, network and other channels, the related knowledge and data will be searched, and the problems in all aspects of the environment will be studied and analyzed and the corresponding solutions and suggestions shall be given.The purpose of this study is to provide a good shopping center environment for consumers and shopping centers to reference, satisfy consumers'shopping psychology, and then promote the level of consumption.
