【摘要】

校企合作人才培养模式是在新教育环境下产生的新教育模式,它主要是促进学校和企业形成一个联合体,共同目标是实现双赢和发展。本文以应用型本科院校的信息管理与信息系统专业为例,基于实证分析法,结合文献分析法和数据统计分析法,系统的探究校企深度合作培养模式下信管专业应用型本科教育的绩效,探讨这种模式对应用型本科教育人才培养的作用,以进一步完善应用型本科院校信管专业的人才培养体系。关键词:校企合作;应用型本科教育;实证分析法;绩效;人才培养模式Analysis on the Performance Meas

Analysis on the Performance Measurement of Applied Undergraduate Education in Credit Management Specialty under the Mode of Deep Cooperative Training in Schools and Enterprises
Abstract: The training mode of school-enterprise cooperative talents is a new education mode produced under the new educational environment, which mainly promotes the formation of a consortium of schools and enterprises, and the common goal is to achieve win-win and development. Taking the major of information management and information system in applied undergraduate colleges as an example, based on the empirical analysis method, combined with the literature analysis method and the data statistical analysis method, this paper systematically explores the performance of applied undergraduate education in the field of in-depth cooperative training mode of schools and enterprises, and probes into the effect of this model on the cultivation of applied undergraduate education talents. In order to further improve the application of undergraduate colleges and universities of the talent training system.
